A national prosecution authority that conducts criminal and regulatory prosecutions under federal law and provides prosecution-related advice to investigative agencies. In the territories, federal prosecutors also conduct all Criminal Code prosecutions.
Use these forms to submit an individual for review, file a documented complaint against an officer, prosecutor, judge, or government agent, or request the correction, modification, or removal of published information. Each submission is independently reviewed for identity, source reliability, procedural status, legal restrictions, and relevance to disclosure, credibility, integrity, bias, or the administration of justice.
